Tick Tock

You repeat this as many times as necessary to fit all the children in. If you have an odd child or two at the end you can always add in the leader’s name or “everyone” or both to make it up to three.

Tick Tock Hello
Tick tock, tick tock, the clock says tick tock,
Tick tock, tick tock, it’s time to say “Hello”
Hello Alex,
Hello Beth,
Hello Connor,
It’s nice to see you here.

This is a really versatile song. I have two other versions of it: for my KS1 Singing Club, and as a goodnight song for my own children:

Tick Tock Let’s Sing
Tick tock, tick tock, the clock says tick tock,
Tick tock, tick tock it’s time for us to sing.
Hello Daisy,
Hello Edward,
Hello Freddie,
Let every fledgeling sing.

Tick Tock Goodnight
Tick tock, tick tock, the clock says tick tock,
Tick tock, tick tock it’s time to go to bed.
Night, night Aardvark,
Night, night Bear,
Night, night Cat,
It’s time to go to bed.
